The space around you is a reflection of what is going on inside you.
When you look around and see piles of papers, too much furniture, and objects that you don’t like, chances are you feel confused, overwhelmed or exhausted.
When your space holds you like the arms of a devoted lover you feel peaceful, confident, and energized.
Simple changes create profound results.
Spending time in nature connects you with a force larger than yourself that has the power to rejuvenate and refresh you. Take a walk and look at the variety of colors, feel the breeze on your face, listen to the birds chirping in the trees, take a deep breath and let the smell of trees or flowers fill you, and take time to feel the support of the earth under your feet.
Music is a mood changer. When you feel stressed or unhappy put on some soothing music and instantly you feel better. You can change your attitude by listening to uplifting tunes. Avoid listening to songs that reinforce your stress or sadness, rather use the music as a tool to feel better.
Add life with healthy living plants to your space. Healthy plants create a positive “field” which assists positive experiences to flow to you. Silk plants are okay if they look real but they do not have the life force of live plants.. Avoid dried flowers and sickly plants, their “field” is draining to you and may contribute to difficulty, illness, and struggle for you.
Your entryway announces“Here I am” to the world. When you see your entryway does it show the world the “you” that you want to share”? Create an inviting and beautiful entrance to your home or workplace with plants, flowers, flags, wind chimes, or a bell. Remove all clutter along the path from the street to your front door.
Repair or remove anything that is broken, such as light bulbs, mirrors, windows, dripping faucet, squeaky door, and dead plants. Anything that is broken is draining your energy and causing problems for you.
Remove clutter from your space. Piles of paper, laundry, books, clutter, etc. block opportunities and good health from finding you. Remove clutter and piles to create a positive change in your life.
